Welcome to ClassicVice (“ClassicVice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a brand operated by CLM Market LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products offered through our store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law or have any consent required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for complying with laws and age restrictions that apply to the possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, or other regulated substances.
2. Products
ClassicVice offers lifestyle accessories, including our flask featuring a built-in storage compartment.
The storage compartment may be used to carry compatible personal items. Customers are responsible for using the product responsibly and lawfully.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, dimensions, materials, features, and appearance. However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or normal production variations.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
CLM Market LLC reserves the right to modify prices, correct pricing or product-description errors, discontinue products, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, duplicate orders, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
Customers should carefully verify their product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment information before completing checkout.
If ClassicVice cancels an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Shipping
ClassicVice ships worldwide.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery typically taking an additional 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs, carriers, holidays, severe weather, international transportation, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their jurisdiction.

6. Returns & Refunds
ClassicVice offers eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products generally must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact alcanterausa@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We may request photographs, video, order information, or other reasonable evidence of the issue.
Once an eligible claim is verified, ClassicVice will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Product Use & Responsibility
ClassicVice products must be used responsibly and lawfully.
The built-in compartment is provided as a general storage feature. ClassicVice does not require or encourage customers to store any particular substance or item in it.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that anything stored, transported, possessed, or consumed using the product complies with applicable laws.
9. Alcohol & Tobacco Disclaimer
The ClassicVice product itself does not include alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, nicotine, or controlled substances, unless expressly stated otherwise on a product listing.
Customers are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and age requirements concerning alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, and other regulated products.
10. Warranty
ClassicVice does not provide an additional manufacturer or extended warranty unless expressly stated.
This does not affect our damaged/defective-item policy or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
ClassicVice branding and website content, including logos, product photography, videos, graphics, website design, written content, and marketing materials, are owned by or licensed to CLM Market LLC, as applicable, and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website to violate applicable laws, commit fraud, provide false payment information, gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malicious software, improperly scrape or copy content, interfere with website security, or otherwise misuse our services.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and advertising services.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CLM Market LLC, ClassicVice, and their owners, affiliates, suppliers, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use or misuse of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLM Market LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from unlawful misuse of our website or products or violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a customer’s jurisdiction.
